The POWERAMP Performance & Endurance Set includes the following products - Everyday Sports Multivitamin 60 capsules - Rapid Hydration 400g (Raspberry Lemonade) - Pre-Load Drink 320g (Kiwi Flavour)   Direction to use   Take 1 VegeCap daily of the POWERAMP Everyday Sports Multivitamin. It can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach or as directed by your sports nutritionist or healthcare professional.   Add 20 grams (2 level scoops) of POWERAMP Rapid Hydration to 500ml of cold water. (Shake for at least 30 seconds).   Add 13g - 1 level scoop of the POWERAMP Pre-Workout Drink to a 300ml of cold water.
