They carry so many great things that are perfect for my store, but the shipping time is outrageous. An order placed on Dec 10th has still not shipped. The lead time is misleading. Here we are, 25 days after ordering and 3 days with no reply to my message after I reached out asking about shipping. As much as I want to continue ordering, this will likely be my last time. I’m sure my orders are small compared to others. The principle should remain the same no matter how big or small the order is.
