We have ordered twice through Faire (this is a product line we've stocked for years). Both orders were missing products. First order was very difficult getting it resolved. Second order, we didn't claim the shortage quick enough (our fault). Just shouldn't have to do this every time. Both times, shortages are in the quarts of paint.

I have ordered lots and lots of paint product in the last few years as a distributor for another brand. I cannot believe the care that was taken in shipping my products. I saved all of your packaging materials because I can use them when I need to ship your products. Way to go the extra mile and do it right!
