About Filzmaus

Since 2012, exclusive and unusual products from the small factory in Aalen, Swabia, have been available under the label name FILZMAUS by C. Klampfer. In her studio, Claudia Klampfer exclusively processes wool felt from the region or sheep's wool and merino wool. Every single item here is lovingly made by hand and exclusively in Germany. Since 2017, the studio has now been located at Katharinenstraße 2 in Aalen-Wasseralfingen. There, everyone can take a look around in the adjoining showroom and get the latest creations directly. In addition to sewn bags, slippers and other useful accessories made of industrially manufactured wool felt, you can also find fantastic hand-felted individual pieces and very short runs. Since summer 2018, felt jewellery has been upgraded with hand-turned glass beads from our own workshop, making each piece unique.Read their story
