About Frédéric Forton Apiculteur

Frédéric Forton Beekeeper, producer of honey from Provence since 2011. Honeys labeled IGP Provence and in conversion to Organic Agriculture. I am based in Carces in the Var in the heart of Provence Verte. I produce lavender, garrigue and chestnut honey, my hives are located in the Var and the Alpes de Haute Provence and I practice sustainable beekeeping that respects nature. This year, I developed 2 new products: mustard with honey and thyme IGP from Provence and honey blond beer with a master brewer.Read their story
