About The Soul Care Club

The Soul Care Club was born from my own transformative journey with journaling. What began as pen on paper to steady my mind became a ritual that shaped my life. When I couldn’t find a journal that combined structure, creativity, and soul, I created one. Our guided journals are designed to help others set goals, build habits, and reflect with presence, while also giving back. Each colorway is tied to a unique cause: reforestation, ocean cleanup, dog rescue, breast cancer research, and mental health. The Soul Care Studio grew naturally alongside this vision. Movement has always been my anchor, especially Pilates, so I designed grip socks that feel elevated and functional, pairing performance with style. Both brands exist to remind us that caring for ourselves, whether through reflection or movement, ripples outward into our communities and the world.
