Sugar & Velvet Collective Wholesale (previously Fringed Outlaw Wholesale) was born in 2018 in a small corner of Kaufman, Texas. What started as a simple idea—a few tees and accessories for women who wanted to feel bold, confident, and a little rebellious—quickly turned into something much bigger than we ever imagined. In those early days, we worked with limited space, a small budget, and a big dream. Piece by piece, order by order, our little boutique began to grow.
