It was in the 1950s, in Provence that Maison Dessis was born. Located in Vaucluse in the famous “Enclave des Papes”, this human-sized family structure has always specialized in the trade of fresh truffles. Today, Clément Dessis, the third generation of the family, is diversifying the family business by betting on combining black truffles from Provence with local products, selected from local producers.
