He opened the legendary LeRuth's Restaurant on the Westbank of New Orleans in 1966 and made history. If that wasn't enough, he opened up Chelsey's Frozen Custard and LeRuth's Extract Co. providing the most quality, unique vanilla on the market. Grandson of Warren Leruth, Jacques Leruth and his wife Emilie Leruth strive to carry on the legacy of the famous Chef by making available some of his most famous creations.
