We use Organic & gluten-free brown rice & Oat flour in our dog biscuits, which makes our biscuits more tasty, giving them a more nutty flavor that dogs enjoy. Using brown rice and oat flour that is gluten-free, biscuits will turn out to be more brittle; of course, this will cause some to break in their package during transit, but we do our best to ensure tight and cushioned packaging.
