HOME’edged NYC Candles was founded by stylist and menswear editor Michael William G. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael refocused his passion and relaunched his candle brand, HOME’edged NYC. PUTTING A NEW SPIN ON CANDLES As a minority business owner and member of the LGBQT+ community, Michael is no stranger to pushing through obstacles. As the creative force behind HOME’edged NYC, he single handedly put a new spin on how consumers enjoy their scent experience, by creating luxe candles that have been designed for every time of day. WE'VE SOLD OUT SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE COURSE OF 6 MONTHS IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC Since the re-launch, HOME’edged NYC has gained a cult following in NYC and has become a staple brand at the world renowned Nolita Market located in NYC’s SOHO neighborhood, having sold out several times in less than 6 months. “I was fed up spending my hard earned money on existing candles in the market that didn’t burn well, didn’t smell good and didn’t last long. I wanted to create a luxury candle brand that would give even the largest legacy brands a run for their money. I want my customers to feel that they spent their money on a quality product.
