Lola & Pear Publishing is a small-business based in Washington, DC. At Lola and Pear, we believe in writing and telling stories for a reason. That's why 20% of the profit of every book we sell goes to charity. Our first children's book, The Adventures of Duke the Therapy Dog, partnered with the Atlanta Boxer Rescue, where the real-life Duke was adopted. Our second book, a children's book parody for salty tongued parents, Mommy Didn't Say That, partnered with Postpartum International, which is dedicated to helping families suffering from postpartum depression, anxiety, and distress.
