Our company was founded at the end of the 18th century in Piedmont, a wooded area rich in "Porcini" mushrooms. Our founder, Mr. Lorenzo Galfrè, along with his wife Felicita, started the business with traditional recipes that are still used today: one of the most famous is the appetizer ("Ghiotto" means "delicious"). We specialize in "Delicatessen with Porcini" (our brand represents a farmer picking mushrooms) and we use only the best varieties of mushrooms for aroma and texture.
