About That’s The Way BBQ Go!

In 2003 I started my cooking career as part of the Cosmic Cooks competition BBQ team. In our very first contest, in Cooper, Texas, we placed 1st place in ribs and were hooked. In 2012 I started cooking individually under the name "That's The Way BBQ Go! (credit Ron Washington). In 2013 I was the Texas representative at the Jack Daniels Invitational World Championship BBQ where I placed 3rd in ribs, 4th in pork, and 12th overall using the Award Winning BBQ rub. We are pleased to share the BBQ Rubs and Seasonings that helped me win Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion, and many individual awards over 16 years as a competition cooker.
