Christopher Prascus is an Air Force veteran of the 421st Black Widow Fighter Squadron where he served in several operations including Operation Enduring Freedom as an Armament Systems Specialist for the F-16 Fighting Falcon. He knows how difficult it is to be far away from home. “You miss birthdays and holidays, and the chance to connect with your loved ones on special occasions.” During his deployment, some of his best memories came from the care packages he received that included beef jerky. When he returned home, he knew that he could make a far superior jerky by combining his family barbeque recipes with premium quality beef. In the years following, he worked to perfect his jerky recipes and subsequently started Soldier Boy Beef Jerky with the vision of giving back and supporting our troops.Read their story
