Émile, Master artisan creator of organic flavors in Sainte-Livrade-Sur-Lot (France), specialist in the processing of ginger and turmeric, flavors directly inspired by my youth. Coming from a family of organic farmers and always passionate about the benefits of plants, I decided to follow a training in agri-food complemented by a Master in “Biology and Health” in order to deepen my knowledge. In 2013, I developed recipes, according to a simple principle: find the perfect alchemy between pleasure and health.
