When I was young, my birthday and Christmas wishlists would include tools to create. With everything from pens and colored pencils, to a fisher price drafting table (do they still make those?!). I spent hours filling pages with drawings, tracing pictures from magazines, and learning to express myself, using various visual arts. As I got older, (and realized I wasn't the best at drawing) I began exploring different mediums for design. I dabbled in pottery, testing my patience, and finding relief in creative expression. I became attached to video cameras, DSLRs, and the like, learning to shape light to capture special moments in time. I, like many other creators, found peace in art and spent most of my time pursuing artistic endeavors— constantly striving to master new and exciting obstacles. Leather work, like many of my other passions, just about fell right into my lap. I was searching for a replacement camera strap, something sturdy, yet elegant and refined. There were a few options floating around, but nothing that really screamed "PICK ME!". So, in my usual fashion, I decided to try my hand at making my own, and began researching day and night, learning as much as I possibly could about the craft. Fast forward 6 years, and thousands of leather goods later, I've found my lifelong passion, and I am excited to share this passion with you.
