Diablotine is a light and original aperitif. It is the subtle blend of white wine, white rum and macerated fruits. With its 14% alcohol content, La Diablotine is one of the weakest aperitifs in France. It is consumed pure and very fresh. It will stand in the freezer for about an hour before being served or may possibly be accompanied by ice cubes. Diablotine can also be consumed in cocktails with bubbles such as Crément, Vouvray, Champagne, white beer, blonde beer, sparkling water,... Always mixing half Diablotine and half bubbles.
