After moving to Atlanta as a teenager, she attended Clark Atlanta University and Agnes Scott College. Attending a women’s college also informed Parker’s decision to create Rose Orleans. “I knew I wanted my life’s work to consist of empowering, uplifting, and inspiring women,” she says.
