AVI Foods was created during the pandemic by a female airline pilot who saw her closest friends get sick and ultimately lose their flight medicals to poor nutrition. She founded the company upon discovering our star ingredient through her travels overseas. Our Lupini bean is a nutritional powerhouse that we use to recreate a nostalgic favorite appropriately renamed Avinola; Ancient Superfood Granola.
