About Dog & Whistle

Dog & Whistle started with our founder Eric J. Adams in the back of a restaurant, watching perfectly good excess ingredients get thrown away. That never sat well with him. He imagined a better way: a pet brand built on circular principles. Instead of sending surplus, restaurant‑quality meats and vegetables to landfill, we rescue them and craft them into wholesome treats for our dogs. Our circular model goes beyond upcycling. We source ingredients from our partner restaurants and farms, handcraft them into nutrient‑rich Training Nibs in our Las Vegas kitchen, package them in recyclable or compostable materials, and work with customers to return empty packaging so it can be reused or properly recycled. This closed‑loop approach keeps resources circulating, reduces waste, and lowers our carbon footprint. We donate a portion of our profits to local animal shelters and hunger‑relief initiatives because our mission is bigger than treats—we’re creating healthy pets, thriving communities, and a planet that heals itself through circularity.
