Dolly Richards, creative innovator, owner of inDolgence UK supplying plant-based food products from snack bars, chocolates to granolas. Her aim is to make the inDolgence food products super tasty and enjoyable with all the health benefits the ingredients can provide. Free From Gluten, dairy, lactose, refined sugars, palm oil (sustainable or otherwise), preservatives, additives and emulsifiers. All dehydrated fruits and berries are prepared in the 'inDolgence Creative Kitchen' and we use fruit, vegetable and spice powders for colour and flavour. 'inDolgence was created two years ago in my kitchen after suffering severe allergies from food products that affected my health and wellbeing. The one thing which is detrimental to my health, even to this day, is having a sweet tooth. I realised that it was time that I took stock of what I needed to do before my addiction got any worse to sugar and all things sweet. I was determined to find ways in creating tasty and satisfyingly natural, plant-based food products using natural sugar alternatives which led to the very first creation of my range of inDolgence chocolates. It took a while refining my recipes and methods until I knew how I wanted my 'Free From' chocolates and snack bars to taste using my combination of selective ingredients including raw organic cacao products.
