About Die Naturtante Naturkosmetik

Melanie Jakob is the founder of Die Naturtante Naturkosmetik, she comes from Schauenburg in northern Hesse, Germany. She founded Naturtante Naturkosmetik because she cannot tolerate conventional cosmetic products and originally wanted to produce care products for herself. Shower bars, shampoo bars, body lotion bars, lip care products, soda-based deodorants, bath foam powder and foot butter are handmade in the small factory. The majority of the product range is vegan. When manufacturing the products, Naturtante Natural Cosmetics pays attention to selected raw materials that are sourced regionally as possible and sustainability, with as little or no packaging as possible. The packaging materials used are receyclebare cardboard boxes, metal cans or recycled plastic. Read their story
