The cosmates were mosaic artists in ancient Rome whose aim was to create a total work of art from individual points of color. Our goal is to create something special from high-quality ingredients & rare flavors, from high-quality paper and by hand. This is another reason why we are a natural partner for retailers and feel right at home there.
