Tipsy House was formed in December 2020 with the idea of promoting up-cycling and sustainability through re-using single-use glass products such as alcohol bottles. From our time working in hospitality, we had seen all the amazing displays of glasswork that goes into producing the bottles and with a little creativity, the business was born. The belief that the bottles have a place in any home and deserve more than to be thrown out spurred on the idea of creating scented candles using the recycled glassware. Through trial and error we were able to successfully up-cycle these bottles into premium scented candles, made with soy wax and recycled cotton wicks to maintain an eco-friendly status. Our main focus is to remove the single-use glass products out of the drinks industry and begin using the glassware in multiple ways. We currently are producing mainly candles but many new innovations will be added to the list in the future.
