At Atelier à Croc we concoct gourmet cookies that respect health and the environment. Petit Croc is the first cookie made from chickpea flour and wholemeal wheat, this complementarity brings many nutritional and environmental benefits. Petit Croc has twice as much fiber as a small butter and contains 10% vegetable protein. The Petit Croc is therefore Nutriscore A/B while the Petit Beurre is Nutriscore E. Chickpea is a robust crop that naturally fertilizes the soil with nitrogen. Eating Croc means supporting agriculture with fewer pesticides, less synthetic fertilizers and fewer tractors.
