Not your *love & light* yoga crew. Namaste As Fuck is a lifestyle brand committed to unapologetically making space for ALL of who you are. We don’t just love you on your good days - we’re here to show you that you are MORE than enough even on days when you feel like everything is falling apart. When your practice is angry & messy & ugly it STILL COUNTS. We are here to absolutely disrupt the modern yoga world. We’re here to say 🖕🖕 to the “good vibes only” toxic positivity much of western yoga has turned into. Our mission is to show you that you don’t have to *be* a certain way to practice or already be able to “let it be.” Let’s be angry if we need to be, sad if we need to be, frustrated if we need to be so that we can heal ourselves and get back to making the world a better place. When we started practicing in 2011, we couldn’t shake feeling out of place. Everyone at the studio and on Instagram seemed so peaceful while we were sitting in chair pose wanting to punch everyone else in the face. When we shopped for yoga gear, all we could find were shirts that said something about “love & light” - those words felt right AFTER class, but we felt like liars wearing anything like that while we were practicing.
