Black Iris is a limited edition, elevated womenswear collection. The collection draws on iconic, classic elements of fashion, and makes them new again. Black Iris crafts timeless, vintage-inspired pieces intended to be collected, worn over and over again, and passed down to the next generation. The brand conveys a nostalgia for a time of better quality and fewer things, a nod to the classic and pretty lines of collectible and antique clothing, but cut with a modern sensibility. Black Iris is founded by women, for women. Founders Aly Gradone, Candice Miller, Chloe Rosenberg, and Rachel Wexler came together, each bringing a unique background and talent, to launch a collection in which women feel sophisticated, modern, and distinctive. The four shared a lifelong love of fashion, but had difficulty finding high quality, special, and versatile pieces that transitioned easily throughout a woman's multi-faceted life.Read their story
