About Driftwood Gallery

Driftwood Gallery features the work of Sara Lamond, a multi-disciplinary artist and designer living in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Inspired by the natural environment around her, Sara is fascinated by the way that colour and texture can evoke emotion, without the need to focus on a realistic subject. Her mixed media abstract art is replicated in archival quality Giclée Prints, and also inspires the patterns and colours in a unique line of clothing and accessories. A small stock is maintained by the studio, and except for cards I print in-studio so am not dependent on suppliers. Clothing and accessories - 5-8 weeks. I do maintain a small stock however it is unlikely I'll have everything you need at once. Producing in small batches and on order is what keeps my line of clothing and accessories ethical and sustainable. All clothing is handmade.Read their story
