About The Savage Hand

The Savage Hand was created in 2020 by Noelle Savage. A Sacramento creative inspired by Oaxacan culture, the BIPOC community, and arts of all forms. Identifying as a Fiber Artist but not limited to as she continues to expand and discover through her art journey trying new mediums inspired by the wonderful artists in the Sacramento community. The mission of The Savage Hand is to create art that tells Noelle Savage’s story and it’s ever evolving dimensions to help the community have positive conversation surrounding topics that have greatly affected her life such as body affirmation/positivity, queer love, Bipoc experiences, and her love for life, travel, and the outdoors.
