About Preserved Energy

Lighting a candle is underrated. Its either the start of something or the end of something. Preserved Energy represents support, love, guidance, creativity, balance, self-love, trust, and spiritual awakening. After months of battling my own mental health, I learned that preserving your energy for the right things is all that matters. Being your own support system and practicing self-validation, self-love, and self-respect will get you at a state of security no other being on this earth can bring you to. The pedestal you carry, is yours to climb. I want people to celebrate being able to survive their battles rather than giving up on them. I donate 20% of my sakes to local school programs for this purpose. Using their resources to help young ones make it through, but also patting themselves on their back for doing the work as higher authorities. I look forward to continue to help people around me feel whole all on their own, but first, I will light a candle and relax.Read their story
