As a young biology graduate, I chose to translate my skills and passion for insects into the development of a beekeeping operation. Faced with the challenges posed by the conservation of pollinators, and especially that of the honey bee, I have focused my beekeeping practice on the breeding and conservation of this species. My rustic bee multiplication programs take place around Villiers-le-Bâcle, in collaboration with European beekeepers and researchers (Aristabee Research Foundation, etc.). I also participate in projects to preserve the local breed in the Chevreuse Valley Park, near the town of Cernay-la-Ville.
