Good Day Latte was founded in 2023 by Corey Coverstone — a professional drummer, lifelong coffee lover, and someone who wanted a daily latte that actually felt good to drink. The idea started years earlier with a homemade golden milk recipe shared among friends on the road. It kept getting the same reaction: “Oh wow, that’s actually really good.” Over time, the recipe evolved — better ingredients, better sourcing, better function — until it became something worth building a brand around. After stepping away from touring, Corey launched Good Day Latte with a simple goal: make functional lattes that taste as good as they look. No cutting corners, no filler ingredients, no “you’ll get used to it” flavors.
