Café GUS was born in the Paris region! Our niche? Create, compose, make. We want to help people discover the best coffees. They are called specialty coffees, they are the most beautiful lots. All come from producers who are proud of the coffees they harvest. They are then roasted in our workshop using a traditional method: slow and gradual cooking to extract all their aromas. Each coffee is cooked separately and then offered either in pure origin or in blends that we compose for our pleasure and that of our customers. We hope you enjoy every cup to the fullest!
