CRAAC stands for CRAzy About Chocolate and the 'crack' that you hear when biting into correctly processed chocolate. At CRAAC everything revolves around the use of sustainable chocolate. We also extend the sustainability principle to the production (environment), packaging, etc. There are different types of chocolate available: 1) Dark Chocolate with different cocoa percentages, as well as Vegan M!LK chocolate These are produced in the country of origin, close to the plantations. More work and therefore more income for the local cocoa farmers and their families. A local family owns it, and thus cares about the social and environmental community. In addition, farmers receive up to 40% more for growing their cocoa beans through respect for their work and product and the shortest possible export chain. The environmental balance in cocoa communities is maintained by protecting biodiversity, water, forests and soils, thereby reducing the ecological footprint. The social fabric of the local communities is strengthened through educational support and the promotion of entrepreneurship and cultural activities. 2) Vegan 'white' & 'caramel' chocolate Almond nuts from which the oil was extracted form the basis of this vegan 'white' & 'caramel' chocolate.
