BALU - bowls & more has made it its mission to combine aesthetics & sustainability by producing beautiful homeware from coconuts and coconut palm wood, which would actually be burned. Since the combustion of coconut shells & wood contributes significantly to increasing CO2 and methane emissions, we have made it our goal to avoid this by upcycling this valuable raw material instead. Our products are lovingly handmade by a small family business in Vietnam and then shipped CO2 neutral to Germany. Read their story
