The Darling Fig collection is handpainted by Noosa-based artist Megan Price in watercolour, gouache and ink. Like a bracing cup of tea, Megan's whimsical style soothes the soul and enlivens the spirit ~ inspired by the desire to live a wildly joyful and creative life while finding the magic in the everyday. Our eco-friendly greeting cards and stationery are printed sustainably in Australia using 100% recycled paper using eco-friendly inks and processes. The matching envelopes are also made in Australia using recycled paper. The cards are wrapped in bio-degradable cello bags to protect them during transit. Cello bags are the biodegradable alternative to plastic bags. Cellophane is derived from cellulose, usually from wood, but can also be produced from cotton or hemp. Each card features an original artwork hand-painted by artist and illustrator Megan, in Noosa Qld. Each piece is beautifully painted to create a collection of artwork that captures the quiet joy in life's daily rituals.
