About Max & Raine

Max & Raine was both named after, and inspired by my 2 oldest children while they were small, after finding the market for children clothing incredibly disappointing and so often poorly made. So I began sewing for them myself, and after a lot of compliments, I decided to create my brand. Over the years I have added another little one to our family, who has inspired changes in a different way, and Max & Raine has evolved into what it is today. Clothing designed for little ones, inspired with vintage and boho fashion in mind, using a mix of high quality and beautifully designed cottons, and true vintage fabrics. Every piece is handmade by myself in Cornwall, and is always finished to the highest of standards, designed to withstand the regular wash and wear that comes with little ones, and still be beautiful enough to pass on to younger siblings or new friends, or held onto for that precious next generation.Read their story
