DIAMANTE TARTUFI is an Italian company founded in 2009 that aims at excellence. Our philosophy is to select the best batches of TRUFFLES directly in the regions of Italy where the culture and tradition of TRUFFLES have been rooted for decades (mainly Piedmont, Umbria and Marche). In our line of artisanal products preserved with TRUFFLES, we only use Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Himalayan Pink Salt. The ingredients, due to the type of grinding, are always visible individually to the naked eye in the jar, we do not use dyes or preservatives.
