About La Côale Micro-Brasserie

The La Côale micro-brewery was created in 2022. It is a small independent company based in Anjou. Born from the work of the brewer, La Côale beers are made on a small scale with quality raw materials and the most local possible. Here no addition of colors, artificial flavors or other joys. Our beers have taste, real taste. Passionate about beers, Damien started brewing several years ago in his garage in large saucepans. His beers having received great success from his entourage and several professionals, he decided to train, quit his job, then launched La Côale. Our goal is to offer lovers of good beers beverages with taste, bitterness and character. We also want to introduce them to laypeople who think they don't like beer and thus open the doors to the fabulous world of craft beer for them. We think that there is bound to be a beer that suits everyone. Several times a year, we also offer ephemeral beers for which all the madness is allowed.
