About Canoe Cove Honey

No two jars of honey are the same—because no two seasons, blossoms, or bees are either. At Canoe Cove Honey, every jar comes from small-batch harvests, handled with low-temperature and minimal processing to retain the enzymes, antioxidants, and floral volatiles that make raw honey a living ingredient. We believe good honey can’t exist without a healthy ecosystem. Each year, we plant more pollinator pasture to support both our bees and the native pollinators that keep our small Island growing. Our bees forage on a wide diversity of plants, creating an incredible range of honeys with distinct flavour profiles.
