About Margelisch

Since 2010, Margelisch has stood for products made from contemporary materials and features, with a slightly nostalgic retro look. The collections are predominantly made from the natural fiber organic cotton for the lining and vegetable-tanned leather. Margelisch products always reflect the same topics of sustainability and fair production conditions to which they have been committed since 2010. PVC is also not used in the new 2022 collection. Plastic fasteners are replaced by solutions in metal, nylon straps disappear and cotton straps come into play. The Margelisch RFID leather wallets have a protective film incorporated that is not visible. All wallets are made of vegetable tanned leather. The production site in India (Calcutta) was audited by amfori BSCI TÜV Rheinland, which also speaks for the brand in terms of social responsibility and safety in production.Read their story
