Lisa Basini, founder and owner of the Baking Coach has taught in-person baking workshops on Long Island since 2005 in her passion to share the skills and love of baking. Her goal has always been to make baking easy, accessible and delicious. Lisa also wanted to provide a solution to the age-old problem of cookie dough. Everyone loves tasting it, even when you know you shouldn’t! Lisa, the original Baking Coach got to work with her knowledge of food science to develop a recipe that makes it safe to eat her raw cookie dough, which then bakes into fresh, delicious cookies. BAKING ACTIVITY KITS Baking Coach® created patent-pending Edible Cookie Dough Baking Activity Kits to make 3 fab flavors that you mix right in the bag: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Cookie and Birthday Sprinkle. Baking Activity Kits include pre-measured ingredients to get your bake on. The only additional ingredients needed are a stick of butter and a bit of water. You don’t even need a bowl to mix in. Baking Coach® Baking Activity Kits give you all the dry ingredients pre-measured in sealed pouches, a portioned measure of vanilla extract and a kit of tools that include parchment paper, a mixing stick and glove. Ingredients are Non-GMO and Vegan Friendly. The occasional baker no longer needs to take up space in the pantry with ingredients that they will not use again for months. Read their story
