Citrouille Cosmetics is a small brand located in the Bay Area. All of our liquid lipsticks are made in California. They are talc and paraben free as well as vegan and cruelty free. Our lipsticks are inspired by the seasons. Spring comes to mind when you look at the packaging of these lipsticks and once you open the tube of lipstick you get a soft scent of autumn spices.
