HappySelf is a Kent based family business creating beautiful multi-award winning journals to promote happiness, develop positive habits and nurture inquiring minds. Founded in 2018 by Francesca Geens. I created the journal because I was fed up of reading daily reports in the press of how our children are growing up stressed and really wanted to do something to help kids develop healthy habits as they grow up in this increasingly busy and switched on world. I wanted to give both my children a simple structured journal but couldn’t find what I wanted, so set out to make something that incorporates all those habits that science has shown to help us lead happier lives and encourage a positive mindset. The result is a really simple daily journal that can be completed in less than a few minutes. It is beautifully illustrated and with plenty of variety to keep kids engaged, all the while developing important habits that will set them up for life. Since our launch in 2018 we have shipped hundreds of thousands of journals to over 100 countries and are used in schools around the UK and beyond. We have expanded our range to include journals for younger children, teens and grown-ups so the parents can join in too. Our journals are multi-award winning and have been translated into 8 languages. We are so proud to be positively impacting the lives of children and their families around the world.
