La Ferm'Meaux Pasta, This is the adventure of a family farm that grows durum wheat in Varreddes (77) to transform it into farmhouse artisanal pasta. It is my husband Xavier and my father-in-law Olivier who have been cultivating the fields for several generations in Varreddes in a reasoned and environmentally friendly way. Our durum wheat, once harvested, is sent to a mill not far from here, where it will be ground on a millstone. Our flour thus recovered will retain all these nutritional qualities: fibers, vitamins, minerals, etc... Durum wheat semolina from Varreddes, water and lots of love, this is the recipe for our delicious pasta! Our dough is mixed in our Italian machine, then extruded through our bronze molds.
