Hello from Donna and Karen, the co-owners of Gearproz in California! We founded this company in 2015. What inspired us was not only our enthusiasm for the outdoors, it was also about discovering the fact how much proper hydration can improve one's health. Even so, it was always a hassle to drink enough water daily when living a busy, active lifestyle. Reusable bottles have become quite popular. But no matter how great the bottles performed, we could not find ONE that was comfortable to carry around, from here to there, while going about our day-to-day activities. And that gave birth to our mission: to create a convenient and comfortable way to carry a water bottle so that you always have water with you wherever you go. Now, we never leave home without our water bottles, and neither should your customers! Our HydroCord® and HydroNet® carriers are the result of several years of paying attention to our customers' needs, listening to their feedback, and continuously improving our products. And that's how we evolved and became the "go-to" resource for great water bottle handles. LIFETIME WARRANTY: All of our products come with a lifetime warranty. In other words, if a customer has an issue of any kind, they can reach out to us directly (our contact info is on our packaging) and we will send them a replacement for free.
