AVA-LIT was created by Dahyna Mayeva Prophete Trecile. A writer, Social Worker and Social Media Influencer. In July 2021, Dahyna attempted to commit suicide due to her mental health. Can you imagine, former ABA therapist, current social worker not being able to "fix" herself? Yes. Our founder was experiencing severe depression and anxiety. She was found by her brother and his wife at her apartment in Woodland Hills. They rushed her to the ER then she was hospitalized. Dahyna Always had an immense love for candles but never ever thought she would be able to follow her dreams. After months of experiencing, challenges, and frustration, she decided to build a legacy. Our founder cares about the environment which is why she made sure that every single thing she uses are eco-friendly and cruelty-free. As mental health is her priority, Dahyna researched and surveyed her followers to learn more about songs, colors and scents that calm them down. With that being said , AVA-LIT is centered around mental health. Dahyna M. Trecile came up with the concept you-conscious for people like her, like you, like me who are in need of a way to escape, recharge and just breathe. We often forget to stay still, take it all in and just be. Finding time to care for our mental health, in a world full of chaos, is becoming harder every single day. AVA-LIT was created to turn your house into a home of light, relaxation and just vibes. AVA-LIT aims to bring you peace, calmness and stillness.
