Sherri Reid, formerly a Wall Street executive and subsequent, stay-at-home mom, founded Roots & Bloom to solve her own issues with having extremely dry, rough and hardened skin on her feet. Prior to founding the company, she had been unable to find foot care products made with high-quality clean ingredients that were effective as well as simple and easy to use. Upon identifying this gap in the market, she immediately set about conducting months of research and experimenting with an array of ingredients and formulations.
