In 1950 Luigi Formentini founded the footwear factory Formentini Srl. Based on the inspiration and style of its founder, the first shoe collection dedicated to children was created, which immediately enjoyed great success on the market, demonstrating the founder's innate ability to perceive market demands, translating them into a product of quality and style. Under his leadership, in fact, the company was able to consolidate and establish itself in a short time. In 1980, following numerous successes, Luigi gradually transferred the management of the company to his children. Under the guidance of the new generation of Formentini artisans, the company begins an innovative phase dedicated to women's fashion footwear. In 1994, the Formentini collection began to be distributed internationally and was very successful. Formentini footwear thus becomes an indispensable accessory in the wardrobe of many women. In 2012, the company, which became a market leader not only in Italy but also internationally, supplied more than 1,500 customers from all over the world: Europe, Japan, Russia, the United States, the Middle East and Australia. Currently, the company is managed by his daughter Chiara, under the careful guidance of Renzo, and is aimed at a wide audience, women who love modern style while paying attention to comfort and offers a wide range of products suitable to meet the most diverse needs of its customers.
